Weak link may be driver, I snapped the rear trany case in half when my NOS
fired again going through the traps at 105mph in my 63 wagon . Thank
goodness for the drive shaft loop.those things kept a dancing driveshaft
from digging in.

Now on these early pushbutton trannies what is the weak link on them?
Think I heard they have different spline counts on the tail shaft or
something like that. U need to swap the tailshaft housing, something
like that?
