[Chrysler300] z-bar 1964

Has any one removed the z-bar, or clutch torque tube from a 64 300?
The frame side seems almost un do-able without removing the steering box or inner and outer fender.

I have located the 4 plastic bearings needed for the bar/tube from Chrysler in Va.
