Paul,
All Dodge Hemis had the water cross-over to the heads. This is probably 
a 241, but you need the engine S/N to be sure.

Would Someone with more know how look at the picture in this
listing, I DO recall the later (first generation) motors had
the water crossover that bolts to the heads.
Just like I see in the picture in the add.
To me with only that picture to go by might think that was
a Bigger motor.
I seem to recall that the Chrysler hemi's didn't get that water
crossover until 56 or 57.
AND that left side head is drilled for A/C.
(Only done for A/C equiped cars)
What about the Dodges and Desotos???
