Hey Lou -
It's illegal to introduce E15 into the fuel systems of cars older than 2001.
From Wikipedia:
"In October 2010, the EPA granted a waiver to allow up to 15% of ethanol
blended with gasoline to be sold only for cars and light pickup trucks with
a model year of 2007 or later, representing about 15% of vehicles on U.S.
roads. In January 2011, the waiver was expanded to authorize use of E15 to
include model year 2001 through 2006 passenger vehicles. "
Have your pump rebuilt with modern gasket material and you shouldn't have
any problems with the current E10 blend.

I'll tell you, with this E15 ethanol fuel it's hard to keep a fuel pump
working, and now the Feds want to kick it up to E20! And the electric
pumps die even faster. Anybody out there have for sale or know of a good
source for an ethanol-resistant mechanical fuel pump for a 279 poly
engine? Thanks in advance!
