[FWDLK] '62 361 heads the same as '59 383 ?

I need to do a valve job on my '59 Dodge with a 383.  A friend has a set 
of '62 heads from a 361.  I know they are basically the same, but have 
the threaded holes for an alternator bracket (which I feel is an 
advantage because I'd like to convert to an alternator).  Does  anyone 
know if there is anything I should be concerned about regarding 
compatibility or differences in specs?  I plan to have the 2nd set of 
heads done at a machine shop (still need to get parts...hardened valve 
seats, etc).  Any other modifications that should be considered?
