As it "turns" out, I didn't need drums. Whoever cut the drums had first
removed the hubs -- and didn't recenter them properly when they riveted the
hubs back on. I had a machinist friend remove the hubs, recenter them
properly, and cut again -- the brakes are now perfect, no drums needed.
However, I did get a couple of leads on used drums -- if you're looking,
contact me privately, I'll put you in touch.
