[FWDLK] 56 Dodge body bolts

I am looking for someone who will tutor the dummy.

1.  The wheel lugs on a 56 Dodge have left and right threads.  Which side of
the car has the left hand threaded lug nuts?
2.  I pulled out the body mounting bushings and have some questions:
     a.  there are eight washers with sleeves that fit into the rubber
bushing.  There are ten mounting pads on the chassis.  which 2 do not get
the special washers?  I think that the front mounting pad has only standard
body washers because the hole is much larger that the eight other locations.
It my assumption correct?
    b.  The rear trunk mounting bolts were a special stud and nut type.
Mine are completely rotted.  Can I use a standard bolt as a replacement?
    c.  any advice or tips to re-mating the body to the chassis?
    d.  Any advice to shimming procedures for the body rubber bushings?
