No, it will not fit. The FRAM K-21 is designed for "A" series engines like
the 318. The dealer also has conversion parts for less than $20.

All the early Hemis and their Poly brothers are a little different. You can
get a spin-on conversion kit from:

I am happy with the one on my 56 Dodge.
