There is a product call Tap-Out. It is essentially just concentrated
nitric acid which will dissolve carbon steel but will not affect cast
iron or aluminum. A few drops applied to the broken bolt will dissolve
most of it over night and make removal a snap. I'm not sure where you
might purchase this product in your area, but a search on the internet
might turn up a source.
