[FWDLK] "TWSAM": 2nd/3rd gearshift fork lever

"The world's slowest auto mechanic" has determined that the 2nd/3rd
gearshift fork lever, part number 1138246 in my 3-speed standard
transmission, is worn and needs to be replaced.  I'm looking for a NOS
replacement.  Any leads?
