[FWDLK] stainless work by *** Patrick??

I apologize this is not a forward look year question but it is Mopar and I
hope no one minds.
I am looking for someone with the last name of "Patrick", first name I am
not sure. He lives in the central part of the USA somewhere.
He does work on Stainless for '46-'48 Plymouths such as makes bull nose
pieces and stainless windshield center strips and works on headlight rings
and grille pieces etc.
I spoke with a guy at NSRA Eastern Nats in York, PA  yesterday who told me
of him.
Does anybody know of him and how to contact him?
