Don't blame you for wanting to sell more of the cars before getting
the set. That price for the set does seem a bit steep. But if they are truly
discontinued, then I suppose the price is to be determined by the seller!
I have never seen these cars, but have read about them in the "Collectable
Automobile " magazine. They review kits and promos everymonth. Several years
ago they mentioned them when covering the 61 Plymouths. The June 1991 issue
says that they were originally made by Revell Inc. but the tooling had been
sold to Con-Cor Inc. They are more know for model railroading accessories.
They kit was "current" then, but no value was mentioned.
