[FWDLK] Headers

I can't remember who, but someone referred CenturyPerformance for headers
for a 58 Plymouth poly 318.  I looked all over but can not seem to find
where.  Which area or company produces them?
Thank you in advance.  One other question....
the rear of my car is starting to look a little on the low side.  Is there
anyway to get the butt of her up without having to get new leaf springs?
