'60 Imperial with Round Steering Wheel RARE!

There is an interesting '60 Imperial on E-bay. It looks like it has the VERY 
RARE round steering wheel. It could somply be the photograph, but I have seen 
one of these in person and that is what it looked like. They were available, 
but only a very few ever existed.
