73 motor mounts

hey all,
  anybody else have any problems with motormounts on their '73?
the aftermarket ones my trusted mechanics used have broken 2times.
they wondered if I could find a better source.

also concerned about driving this 400 miles roundtrip to Carlisle in it's 
current state..

Thoughts?  opinions??

73 (with bad vibrations)
81 (still parked-no vibrations)
