Throttle kick-down bushings, 1959 Imp

Folks,
I can't get 2nd gear with my accelerator pressed down while in drive because
my bushing/s smashed.  Before I have the guy custom fabricate, etc., and
charging by the minute, trial and error, I'd like to know if there is a kit
available to repair the situation.  This is on the body, not the carburetor.
