As I was driving the 68 Sedan late at night on the freeway, the horn decided to
start shouting. Beep-beep-beep! For a few seconds, I was not sure it was my
car! I sped up so that the pack of cars around me is not wondering what I am
up to, and kept on driving rather fast (85-90) thinking what to do. At this
speed, I was passing folks fast, so they would be less bothered. After a
while, it stopped honking.
My guess is the relay went. Any thoughs? I hope its not the steering wheel
switch, because that's harder to replace. For now, I disconnected one of the
wires from what appears to be the horn relay (to the right f the radiator and
right behind the horn), so it will not start again.
Any thoughs?
