Hello Again. According to most state laws, a shop has to give you a FREE
written estimate if they believe the repair will cost more than $100.
Electrical work is tricky even for professionals. My best advice is to not
allow yourself to be pressured by an overzealous electrician and, of course,
always get a second opinion. The electrical system on these cars are
relatively easy when compared to a modern automobile. Get that car up and
running!!!!! So you can enjoy it. Bye for now.
