just curious about what was the problem with the EFI Imperials of the early
80's that made a switch to carb.necessary...and did that have something to
do with why the mid 80's 318 fifth aves have carbs instead of FI? also did
the reliability of the 318 take a nose dive in the late 80's? i had 3 '88's
and all had problems; mostly overheating and always smelled gas...just
wondering
