I got one for my '67 at Spring Carlisle...I'm sure you
could find one at Chryslers at Carlisle, if you're
geographically proximate to southern PA. Otherwise,
I'd scout ebay frequently, or the IML classifieds or
vendor section under "literature". I'd say $99 is a
bit steep too, but it may be one of those fancy-nice
new bound laminated deals. Expect to pay $40 or $50
for a nice original.
