and found the following which I think is the product Greg failed to mention,
"Simix Supreme Shield" which is a renewable clear coating.  It is referred
to as a "self cleaning Nano Particle Technology.

It sounds useful to many of us with older cars.  Thanks to everyone who has
contributed to this thread.
