IML: Delaware Black Plates

We too have Delaware Black plates from years ago. They
are extremely valuable and highly sought after. They
are owned by the individual who can will them to his
heirs or sell them . My neighbor has plates:28 and 66.
Recently a black plate numbered in the low 100's sold
for $150,000. Imagine what my neighbor's are worth.
