IML: WARNING ON VENDORS

I am having refund issues with 'PENSTAR REPRODUCTIONS" they are in
Pa.and were at  Chy. @ Carlisle this July and i sent a complaint letter
to Carlisle productions yesterday.My mistake was paying cash at the
show.I am also having a problem with a "cross border" vendor but at
least it was a credit card payment.  Imperially  , Gary
