I sincerely thank the many people who have responded, I received some great
advice, and recontacted some people I spoke to within the last year. This is
how I run the office building I manage. I not only use document sources, but
also pick the brains of every vendor who enters my office, for they can
often clarify fuzzy points a document may contain, and it helps build
friends and connections along the way. Thanks everyone!
