Those pictures appear to have been taken when the car was still in 
Washington a year ago. Phoenix doesn't look like that. I suspect the 
owner has discovered that the car was cobbled together from parts and 
no lopnger is interested. Too bad none of this is disclosed in the 
description. Ebay is trying to crack down on fraud, so it most likely 
wouldn't survive there for long if listed.
