IML: Wheel Blocking Wedge & jack hold-down spring

To the list;
Can anyone provide me the dimensions of the wooden "wheel blocking
wedge" that was provided with the tire/wheel jack on a '62? These were
usually painted black as I remember and were likely the same for 50s and
60s models. At some date they probably quit providing these in the
trunks with the jacks (late '60s or in the '70s?)
Can anyone tell me of a source for the jack hold-down spring that goes
in the trunk? Or provide dimensions of the spring with diameter of the
spring wire used and inner radius of the spring coil. I would need to
know the dimensions of the ends of the spring. That way if I can't
locate a NOS item or a used one, I could fabricate one myself. I
suspect that these were the same for a number of years.
I had to scan in the "jack instructions" from my car and clean up the
words and illustrations in Adobe Photoshop. I printed them out on some
heavy photograph paper. Next will come re-covering the trim panels in
the trunk and replacing the trunk floor carpet.
