I agree completely with Pete. The Carpet in my 73 was
replaced by the previous owner and although it is
better than some I have seen, it is no where close to
the original. I remember my Dad replaced the carpet in
our 68 Dodge many years ago and the carpet loops
quickly became "fuzzy" and would trap dirt and debris
making it a chore to clean.

Replacement carpets seem to lack the correct type and
thickness of the "loops". I also would love to know
where the correct carpet can be had.
