IML: 81-83 Imperial Emblems?

Are the emblems on the 81-83 Imperial's all GOLD in color, or did  
they come in chrome or gold options? All the ones I see on eBay are  
all gold, but mine appear regular chrome.. I need one to replace the  
one on the trunk lid that is missing, but can only find gold.

I don't know if there were options or if mine are just worn, but I  
think the gold would look nicer anyway, so i may just replace all  
three emblems.
