This is exactly what I needed before going into the ring!

This all happened early Saturday AM and the poor soul did spend the night in jail (and certainly has been charged with DUI) I think NY state has low tolerance for such things. The police report will be available to me tomorrow.
  Your mutual advise about being professional/nonemotional yet very firm with appropriate documentation, I will take to heart.
It is how I function in my profession, and this resonates strongly with me.
  I do feel a sense of compassion for the drunk driver, as his life is 
far worse than mine right now,  BUT I do want things set right in the strongest of terms.
