My question would be, is Dexron III the same as ATF+3?  Mopar recommends the 
use of ATF+3 but I don't know about Dexron III.

Dexron III vs. Mopar transmission fluid ? Will Dexron not work as well and 
will it decrease the live expectancy of the tranny? Also, can I mixed them? 
I'm referring to topping it off with Dexron III. I'm under the impression 
that Dextron III has the same specs of Mopar transmission fluid.
