Possibly, one of the door switches is pushed too far in & the door is not 
reaching far enough to deactivate it. I installed a new one of these one 
time & discovered that the pin is somewhat longer then they usually appear 
on the car. In other words, the switch will set itself to the spacing in the 
door when you install it. I would try going around to each door & push the 
button in with your finger & see if the light goes out.
