Dietmar,

I can feel your pain, as a Dutchman now living in New Zealand I have 
experienced the same phenomenon from both hemispheres. Hitrate over in 
Holland was about 10% for me,  it has improved to about 80%, so you might 
consider moving :-)
Anyway, you seem to be getting through loud and clear now, so take your 
window of opportunity ;-)
