I'm sure that they want to tax you based on weight.  It's probably an "SUV 
tax".   I would go for the lowest documented weight.  IF you can find the 
dry weight somewhere, use that.  I think somebody posted 4,770. My cars all 
have weights on the title.  I didn't provide any of them and I'm sure they 
are well below actual weight if I threw the car on the scales.  For 
instance, '70 'cuda 3,600 lbs,   '83 Imperial 3750 lbs.
