The first serial number for '56 was C561001; with only 10,628 Imperials made
in '56, that makes YP's a very late-production car.  Probably made in the
last month of production.

  It looks like a 56= year c= imperial sedan  manufcture number= 11,286.
  At least that is the way the 55 is.
