IML: Respect

Ok Folks,
  Some of the messages i Have been reading seem to
show a lack of respect for the other members of th
IML.   Remember to disagree is fine, but when it turns
into "your car is junk" or "Speaking" in a demeaning
manner, it needs to be toned down a bit.
