IML: Moving my Car

Well justice has been served; Mr. Southerland is in jail for consumer
fraud. I received a letter from the US Justice Department today inviting
me to submit a victim impact statement and application for restitution.
I'll probably get no money back but it is at least a small measure of
satisfaction that sometimes the system does work.
