RE: IML: 72 Lebaron Carburetor replacement

I replaced my 4160 Holley(otherwise known as junk) with a used 4966 Carter 
AVS. This was the Carter used on most big block Mopars of the late 
sixties/early seventies. I rebuilt it using a kit from the auto parts store 
and it works perfect. Linkage matched right up. Choke is different. I don't 
use mine but can be easily made to work.The only thing to really look out 
for are worn throttle shaft bushings. Night and day between the Holley and 
the Carter. Edelbrock is building brand new Carter carbs but I don't know 
which model would fit properly.
