IML: 65 Power Seat ... how about a 68?

Since we are in the subject, the passenger side 6 way seat is not working.  It
used to work here and there, now its not.  You can hear the solinoids sticking,
but its not moving.  My guess something is stuck but what?  Dick had suggested
to take the whole thing apart but that won't happen any time soon.  Is there a
quick trick I can try to get it unstuck?

D^2, 2x68s, the sedan bench power seat only works back and forth, which is all I
need
