IML: two '71 electrical questions

Hello,
     I have two questions about the mighty '71
four-door for our resident geniuses (no joke!)
     First, the windshield wipers suddenly do not
retract below glass level, where before they did.  
They still seem to wipe OK, and work at all 3 speeds,
but they just stop in place where ever they are in the
cycle when I turn off the wiper switch.
    Second, I will be needing a new ($450+) drivers
power window switch block.  At that price, I don't
mind rooting around some junk yards.  Does anyone know
with which other models/years this switch block will
interchange?  It is an 8-switch block with door locks
at the front of the switch, vent, front and rear
windows in a group of six, and window lock at the rear
of the switch.
