69 sedan sighting

I was driving through Annandale MN, when I spotted a '69 Sedan on consignment 
at a dealership.  Looks faded, but solid with a nice interior.  Some previous 
owner may have been a do it innovative do it yourselfer, since it had some 
holes drilled where there should not be holes and a set of screens for the 
windows.
