IML: Push-button illumination '61

   If it's like my '62 and '63 were, there should be a grayish enameled 
metal plate alongside the pushbuttons inside the dash. That's the 
electroluminescent plate, one whole side of it should glow when powered.

   Don't touch the edge when there's power going to it!
