There may be some differences up by the master cylinder, since the 1960
style is placed differently, under the brake booster instead of
connected to the front of it. Otherwise, I am guessing that most of the
1960 lines would fit the 1962 car. I have not ordered these parts and
don't know for sure. I made some new lines for my '60 LeBaron years ago
from standard stock and using a tube bender. I only replaced those that
I felt were bad. It sure doesn't hurt to replace them all. If you order
this "kit" and can't use some of the parts, possibly another member
would purchase what you can't use.

Subject: IML: Ordering Brake Lines for a '62 Imperial from Classic Tube
To the Group;
I spoke with a man at Classic Tube today about getting 3/16" steel
brake lines for my '62 Imperial Custom with power brakes. He said that
they do not have any patterns for a '62 Imperial. They do list and
have patterns for a '60 LeBaron. I believe the patterns would be the
same for a "62 Imperial of any model with power brakes. Has anyone in
the Group ordered the '60 LeBaron pattern (Classic Tube P/N CY1003,
page 26 in their catalog) and used it on a '61 or '62 Imperial?
It might not fit a '63 Imperial since the service brakes converted to
the Bendix system that year (although it is possible it might still
work for '63-'66 Imperials).
Joe
