IML: '64 In Bethlehem PA area

My wife and I were up in the Bethlehem, PA area today and while following
the online directions were routed through a neighborhood in that area.  I
think it was Harrison Street.  We passed a green '64 parked in front of
somebody's home.  I think it was a 2-door.  I didn't get a good look at it
since it was raining and we were trying to find a cross street.  But it was
a nice looking car and a pleasant surprise on the journey today.

So, does that '64 belong to anybody here?
