Lowell Howe, Esquire has them.

The Club's own Eric did a review of them in a
step-by-step process on his car - a 64 if memory
serves.  You can see that on the club website on the
YBY pages if you float over that way.

Lowell's items are super-thick and the last word in
door-keepers.

If you are overseas, you can fax your request to save
$$ on your communications, since he has not plugged in
the computer his kid gave him for more than the first
few hours several years ago.
