IML: do you have a 1957 Owners Manual?

I scanned one and sold it off on ebay I think, because
I can't find it now.  I missed pages 10 & 11 and now
we're hung out to dry on that. 

If you have one and can scan it at 300DPI or get a
really good color copy of each page and mail it to me,
that would be a big help.
