The first time I installed my TTI headers I actually named bolt 3 & 5 and made a t-shirt to show I survived the left side installation. The second time I installed my TTI headers I dropped the K-frame, it was easier. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

The bolts that are used are the smallest head available. It's the distance between the header and the head that is the issue. #3 and #5 on the bottom are big culprits. A socket is out of the question for many of these. The top bolts can be tighten with a socket in some cases. A small rachet box end wrench is wonderful for many areas also but on the #3 and #5 it's too big to fit in. It won't slide over the head. The side clearance is probably OK but not the area directly over the bolt. The bolt itself is difficult to slide into the hole if the headers aren't loose.
