I used the Dynomax Ultra Flow mufflers on my 63... but they are a bit noisy. Built my own 3" system from headers back to muffs and then Flowmaster 2 1/2" tailpipes (FLO-15806) back to tips. I think for $129.99 and free shipping, the mandrel-bent tailpipes are a smoking good deal.
I certainly wouldn't want pipes necked down to 2".
Just my 2 cents.

FINALLY getting to pull the trigger on the stroker motor the for 65

I'm trying to decide which ones to use...Flowmaster, Dynomax,
Magnaflow, something else?
Any thoughts on sound preference?
Also, is it worth the extra $100 to get a TTI header back system over
having it bent locally? "Local shop was talking about necking down to
2" over the axle than going back up to 2.5"...not sure I like this
idea.)
Thanks!
