Yup. I know Joe Suchy sold them.  He's listed on the 62-65 vendor's page in 
the General
"One Stop" Vendors section.

(He's also listed on the swap meet page.)  Suchy knows '64 Plymouths real 
well, so he knows the replacement clips that go there.
