I have a Lincoln. 220 V. Came with a cart but had to buy the bottle
separate. Get all my wire and stuff at Lowes. I would go with a 220
personally.

I have a Eastwood MIG and TIG. I also purchased their cart. Love them. They
are made in china to their specs. I know china but can't beat the price or
Eastwoods service. Have a Miller to its very nice but you get what you pay
for. For the limited user I would go with the Eastwood.

I had a 220 volt mig welder and never needed the higher voltage. I
bought a used Miller 130 and it is GREAT! - easy to use. Parts are
available about anywhere.
A lot of the welders now look like Miller. Possibly Eastwood has
their name put on a Miller. but I doubt that. Find out who does make
the Easttwood
BTW I just bought a Harbor Frieght mig welder caddy on wheels and
holds the gas bottle too. I had to put it together.but only $35 with
coupon......................MO

I am considering a MIG welder.
A friend suggested that a 120 volt unit is all that I would need, it
would be able to weld up to 3/16" to 1/4" mild steel and that is all I
would ever need.
I have looked at some at a welding supply house and Eastwood has this
one on special:

Any comments on MIG welders would be appreciated.
Thanks
