Fixing My Trans Leak

I have a pretty nasty trans leak in my 65 Coronet that appears to be
coming from the kickdown pivot shaft on the top of the trans.
Is this a seal of an "O" ring? Either way, does someone have a part
number / size for it? Also, how do I go about changing it in the car?
Looks tight as hell since I have dual exhaust.
Sorry...not sure where to begin with this one.
Thanks
Bill M
